Charles E. Haley created CollegePlanningReports.com in response to assist students and parents in sorting, processing, understanding or making sense of the myriad of information they encounter into a concise step-by-step approach.

Haley has seven years of experience working with college students on a Division 1 campus.  He has counseled clients in college and financial planning for the past twenty years and launched the CollegePlanningReports.com site and Blog during the last twelve months.

The goal of this Blog is to create an interaction of dialogue between Counselors, Parents and Students.  This will create a pulse on the now within this arena.
